1. What makes us different?
Our program makes us different – it’s way more than a car. We provide our customers with the combination of quality vehicles, affordable financing, and expert servicing after the sale.

2. How many vehicles will I get to choose from?
Down payments vary based on the individual approval and the vehicle you choose. Our down payment requirements are very flexible. We even have a lay-a-way plan that allows you to pick out your vehicle now, then take delivery when you have saved enough for you down payment.

3. What do the different colored dots on the windshields mean?
Each vehicle at our locations are clearly marked with a dot in the windshield. This allows you to more easily know the down payment requirements on a vehicle. We have six different color categories of vehicles beginning with yellow dots: our lowest down payment vehicles, and the easiest to qualify for. Next-orange dots: slightly higher down payments. It continues in order with white, blue, red, and green dots. The red and green dots are our highest down payment requirements and are usually SUV and late-model, lower mileage vehicles.

4. Will we finance my vehicle for me?
Most all of the retail installment contracts are assigned to our affiliated finance company, Prime Car Finance, which is located in the same building as our locations.

5. How long does it take to get approved?
Your approval during normal business hours will usually happen in less than 1 hour. If you contact us over the internet or by phone after hours, we will get back to you the next morning at the number or e-mail address you have listed as the most convenient way to reach you.

6. How much will my payments be if I purchase a car at any of our locations?
We specialize in short-term loans (24-42 months). The idea is for you to get the car paid for and get the title with a payment that you can afford. Your payments are set up to be convenient for you. If you are paid weekly your car payment will be scheduled weekly. If you are paid every other week your car payment will be scheduled for every other week.

7. What type of warranty do you offer?
We offer one of the best warranties you’ll find anywhere. Most any car dealerships you visit offer you a 30-day warranty or none at all. But because we see only quality used cars, we offer a full 12 month or 12,000 mile limited warranty. Learn more about your limited warranty. (More Info)

8. What kind of inspection do the cars get?
EVERY vehicle receives a comprehensive inspection by trained technicians who do mechanical and safety repairs as needed. We do our best to repair cosmetic blemishes and convenience items but we know that safety and mechanical concerns are most important and these are always addressed before the vehicle reaches the lot. Because Prime Car Finance provides the loan on the vehicle we have a real interest in making sure that your car is a quality vehicle.

9. What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring the following items with you to the dealership:
Proof of income (such as pay stubs, social security documentation, or pension documentation)
Proof of insurance
Proof of residence (a recent phone bill)
Current driver’s license
Name, address, and telephone numbers for at least 6 family members and/or friends

10. Where do I make my payments if I buy a car at any location and it’s financed at Prime Car Finance?
Most of our customers drop their payment by in person by simply walking in the double doors located on the east side of the building with the payment window located right in the entry foyer. We also have an after hours drop off slot that you can simply drop your payment into. If you choose you may mail your check or money order payable to Prime Car Finance and addressed to Prime Car Finance, and the location of where your purchased the vehicle. Other options would be to call into Prime Car Finance and pay by phone using your debit or credit card. Or set up your payment to automatically be withdrawn from you checking or savings account.
